Keeping with our mission of providing “peace of mind” we want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the company management within a 5-day period after date of purchase. In your claim, please include explanation of reasons for a refund and your order information. Submission of a claim does not, in any way, guarantee that the refund will be granted. Non-compete returns will only be granted for products that have been damaged during shipping and/or by the manufacturer. Damaged products must be reported within 5-days of its receipt and the damaged product must be returned to Smart Guard, LLC before a replacement will be sent. Refunds (minus the original shipping cost) will only be issued for the unopened/unused items(s). We will refund your money, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, provided your purchase is in "as-new" condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable along with the original pack slip.
